Hum sold out quickly after I posted about their reunion show at the Double Door on New Years eve. In case you missed out, Hum added a second show at the Double Door on January 1st! Get your tickets here. I can't believe I get to kick off 2009 with two shows of Hum. If anyone has suggestions where to stay in Chicago, hit me up.

We're staying at the Hyatt Regency McCormick, as it has the best bargain for two beds and a room without barring the door from drunken hobos, but I'm still irritated that I bought tickets to fly out on the afternoon of 1st. What if they play rare songs? Hmm. Hard enough bringing friends from Japan, Texas, and Pennsylvania to one geographical location for the first time since 2005.
